A couple of years after giving birth for the second time, I experienced a shocking moment on the kids’ trampoline which made it blindingly obvious that I had pelvic floor dysfunction. Looking around for information and help I realised there was very little out there, until I discovered the Holistic Core Restore® Programme.

Through the training and education I received in becoming a Certified Core Restore Coach from Burrell Education I was able to heal my core and pelvic floor and now I want to share the love and help other women to do the same.

Many women with pelvic floor dysfunction are never given the information that they really need to deal with this condition. The Holistic Core Restore® programme will give you the information, support and motivation to tackle what can be a debilitating issue.

  • WHAT IS HOLISTIC CORE RESTORE®?

    Holistic Core Restore® is about pelvic education, re-connection with the core, and movement. It was created for women suffering from the symptoms of Stress Urinary Incontinence, and mild Pelvic Organ Prolapse.

    Pelvic floor muscles can become weak through pregnancy and childbirth, the menopause, impact exercise such as running, or simply through poor diet and an unhealthy lifestyle. These weakened muscles are then not able to do their job properly, and this can result in incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse.

  • WHAT DOES THE PROGRAMME INVOLVE?

    A six-week group or private programme of education and instruction in nutrition, effective pelvic floor & core exercise, and lifestyle habits which will help you to restore the strength, tone and function of your pelvic floor.

    Each relaxed, fun and supportive class includes specific pelvic floor exercise, exercise to improve the condition and look of your abdominal muscles, and we end each week with a discussion around nutrition or strategies to detox your body, mind and surroundings.

  • WHO IS IT FOR?

    Any woman who is dealing with a pelvic health problem. Groups more likely to be affected are pregnant and postnatal women; and mums with older children. Perimenopausal, menopausal and postmenopausal women. Women recovering from a hysterectomy or other gynaecological operation. Heavy exercisers, sports-women, and overweight women.

  • WHAT DO YOU GET IF YOU JOIN?

    Prior to the course, a 1 hour private consultation. Six weekly classes. Nutrition and fat loss guides with recipes and meal suggestions. Your exercise kit. Delicious healthy treats and juices to sample. All of the exercise and nutrition information online, for life. Support and encouragement between classes.
